| Hudsonville is located in the
southwestern section of the state of Michigan between Grand Rapids and
Holland, in Ottawa County, off Interstate 196. The settlers to this area
were originally Dutch immigrants, whose decendants still constitute the
dominant ethnic group to this day. |
